What is waisense comfort?

Every time we use hot water, we have to waste several liters of water that are accumulated in the pipes from the heater to the point of consumption.

WAISENSE COMFORT is a system composed of modules, which when installed in the plumbing system of a house or establishment, prevents this waste by returning the accumulated cold water to the circuit. In short, it avoids the following problems:

Waste of liters of water (and not only €, water is a limited resource!).
Waste of time waiting or having to be attentive.
Water does not come out at the desired temperature from the start.

WAISENSE COMFORT eliminates these problems in new and existing buildings, without the need for renovation or complex installations.

No need to add pipes or tanks and no need to change the heater or faucets.

How does it work?

WAISENSE COMFORT consists of devices, called “modules”, which communicate with each other wirelessly to perform their function.

When you pass your hand over the activator module, which is similar to a switch, recirculation is initiated in the system. As long as the light on the activator is blue, water is circulating to the point of consumption. When the light turns red, it indicates that the temperature has reached the preset temperature and is ready for consumption. At this point, when the faucet is turned on, hot water will come out instantly.

Kits and Modules

In the WAISENSE or NESS Technology catalog, there are “KITs”, sets of modules ready to start enjoying intelligent hot water in any installation. Some kits and modules have 2 versions: Presto and Galindo. The differences between both versions are simply aesthetic, being both totally compatible.

There are 2 types of WAISENSE COMFORT KIT, depending on the characteristics of your home, business or project:

Basic Kit: For homes or businesses up to 90m2 (except gas heaters).
High Power Kit: For homes or businesses up to 200m2 and all types of heaters.

With a single WAISENSE KIT you can enjoy the advantages of the technology throughout the installation, but if you wish to extend the range, you can do so with an EXPANSION KIT. It is recommended for homes or businesses of large dimensions or with several floors.

Each WAISENSE KIT includes 3 modules:

Módulo de Potencia

Se instala en la entrada de agua fría al calentador. Impulsa el agua caliente hacía el Módulo bypass.

Módulo Bypass

Sirve de unión entre tuberías de agua caliente y fría mientras está activa la recirculación.

Módulo Activador

Sirve para activar el sistema y cuenta con aviso luminoso para indicarnos que el agua caliente está disponible.

Power Module

It is installed at the cold water inlet to the water heater. It drives the hot water to the Bypass Module.

Bypass Module

It serves as a junction between hot and cold water pipes while recirculation is active.

Activator Module

It is used to activate the system and has a warning light to indicate that hot water is available.

There are also three modules that can be installed alternatively or in addition to the basic ones, depending on the type of installation

High Power Module

It has the same function as the Power Module, but with superior performance in terms of maximum head and water flow generated.

Stand-alone Activator Module

The function is the same as the activator module, but it does not require connection to the mains and is powered by AA batteries.

Repeater Module

Increases the coverage of the wireless connection of the modules.
